Approval Process Timeline
Initial Submission
Day 1-3: Submit complete application with all required documents through ADM portal or in person. Receive acknowledgment receipt with reference number.
Document Review
Day 4-7: Initial document completeness check. Any missing documents will be communicated via SMS/email.
Technical Review
Day 8-18: Technical departments review plans for compliance with building codes, zoning, and safety requirements.
External Approvals
Day 19-25: Coordination with ADWEA, AADC, and other external authorities for utility and service approvals.
Final Approval & Permit Issuance
Day 26-30: Final review, permit fee payment, and permit issuance. Collect physical permit from ADM offices.
